Julie Ann Maguire is a Fylde-based colour pencil artist and illustrator whose work is rooted in emotional nuance, technical mastery, and a deep attentiveness to the quiet narratives of everyday life. As a Silver Signature Member of the UK Colour Pencil Society, she is recognised for her commitment to elevating the medium through expressive detail, layered surfaces, and atmospheric storytelling.
