About The Arts Centre

In 1969 members of the community who were interested in all forms of Art formed Garstang and District Arts Society.

Set in the very heart of Garstang in Lancashire, Garstang Arts Centre is the focal point for local arts of all types, and home to Garstang and District Arts Society.

The Arts Centre, which is supported by the Town Trust, is open to Garstang residents and visitors alike to view the FREE Exhibitions , visit the Cafe, and join any of our many Groups

We also hold FREE Lunchtime Concerts in the summer and regular Craft and Collectors Fairs, punctuating Society Group performances, Exhibitions, Productions and Public Events throughout the entire year.

Our Groups offer a huge variety of activities, there’s something for everyone. Whether your taste is musical or literary; creative or appreciative; energetic or laid back, there is a welcoming Arts Society Group to satisfy your appetite and passions. Come and join us.
