Tai Chi Classes

Taught by amateur practitioner Qimei Li, classes are aimed at beginners so everyone is welcome to come along and improve circulation, flexibility and destress.

Friday afternoons 1pm – 1:50pm and 2pm – 2:50pm

Non-members can come along for a taster session for just the £3 teacher fee.

If you’d like to continue afterwards, it’s the £3 teachers fee per lesson and an annual membership at the Garstang Arts Centre of £30 that covers January till December.
