Our last exhibitor this year at the Arts Centre is local artist Emma Underwood. Emma’s primary medium is watercolour and she uses her contemporary style to create beautiful imagery of wild life, nature and portraits.  Using vibrant and bright colours, Emma achieves dramatic and eye-catching effects by building layers of paint over a period of time….

We welcome a new artist to the Arts Centre for our next exhibition – Mick Mulcahy Mick  is a visual artist living in Longridge;  preferring to using acrylic in a style which attempts to fuse the genres of Impressionism, Divisionism and Fauvism. He does however enjoy using pastels due to their tactility and the spontaneity…

Our exhibition in September features the Over Wyre Art Society. The members are a friendly group of artists who encourage each other in their art projects.
